Containing contributions from more than eighty artists from widely diverse creative practices, the book includes an essay and two photographs by several artists connected to Stinehour Editions. Art in the Making was realized through a successful Kickstarter campaign and more information about the book can be found in this post, and in Reinventing Home, which featured the book in its Fall 2022 issue on Craft with excerpts from my essays by Elvira Piedra along with those of Ann Arnold and Rulan Tangen.

There are three options available for purchasing— the book alone, the book with a limited edition print tucked within the book and the third option of the book with a print of 13 x 11 inches. The print is of the photograph Risen Flower, an archival pigment ink print prepared especially for the publication of Art in the Making, printed on Moenkopi Washi Kozo, a 110 gsm mulberry leaf paper made in Japan by Awagami.
